1. What materials do you use for your 3D prints?
We primarily use high-quality PLA and PETG filaments, selected for their durability, detail resolution, and finish quality. Some pieces may use resin for ultra-fine detail work.
2. How long does it take to print and ship my order?
Most items are printed to order and take 1–3 business days to produce, plus shipping time. Custom or complex pieces may take longer — we'll always keep you updated.
3. Do you offer custom or personalised prints?
Yes! We love custom work. Reach out to us via the contact page with your idea and we'll discuss what's possible, including sizing, colours, and design tweaks.
4. Are your products painted or just printed?
Most of our products are printed in coloured filament and finished as-is for a clean, modern look. Some pieces may include post-processing such as sanding or priming. Product listings will specify if painting is included.
5. Will the colours look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to represent colours accurately, but slight variations can occur between filament batches and different screen calibrations. If colour matching is critical, please contact us before ordering.
6. How durable are the prints?
Our prints are designed for display and light everyday use. PLA prints should be kept away from prolonged heat exposure (e.g. direct sunlight in a hot car). PETG options are available for higher-heat environments — just ask.
7. Can I return or exchange my order?
Because most items are made to order, we don't accept change-of-mind returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship Australia-wide and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
9. My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please take a photo of the damage and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
10. Can I request a specific colour or size for a product?
Absolutely — many of our products can be customised in colour or scale. Use the contact page to get in touch before placing your order and we'll let you know what's available.
